Diagnostic Research Centre is a unit of Mangalam Hospitals Pvt.
Ltd., promoted by the much famed Mangalam Group and incorporated in
1993 under the Companies Act 1956. The company has Sri. M.C.Varghese
as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and his sons Sri Sabu
Varghese, Sri. Sajan Varghese, Dr. Saji Varghese and Sri. Biju
Varghese as Directors.
The flagship company of the Group,
Mangalam Publications (India) Pvt. Ltd. Publishes Mangalam Weekly in
Malayalam, which attained a record circulation of 15 lacs copies per
issue, still unbroken by any other publication in the whole of Asia.
Sri. M.C.Varghese, is quite deservedly known as the 'Doyen of
Magazine Journalism' in Malayalam and he has succeeded in making
'Mangalam' a house-hold name in Kerala.
